Quality & Materials
Is the jewellery made with real gold?
Yes, all our pieces are plated in real 18k gold over a core metal (usually sterling silver or stainless steel). Some are also PVD-coated, which makes them extra hard-wearing. Everything in the edit is hand-tested to ensure the quality is up to our (super high) standards.
Do you do silver?
Not right now. We’ve kept things focused on gold jewellery so that the edit stays small and curated. Mixing metals is a huge trend - and one that’s set to stick around long-term - so if you’re always been ‘a silver person’ then why not add a few gold pieces to keep things interesting? (You never know, you might just become a convert…!)
Can I wear it in the shower?
An occasional rinse in the shower won’t ruin it, but to keep your jewellery looking great for longer, we ideally recommend taking it off before going in the pool, hot tub or sea (if you do, it's no disaster, just rinse well with water afterward).
Will it tarnish?
Here’s the truth: all metals - even solid gold - can tarnish over time. However, our pieces have been chosen specifically for their quality, using materials which resist tarnishing as far as is possible.
With a little care, your jewellery can stay looking gorgeous long term. Just store your pieces in the pouch provided when you aren’t wearing them, and avoid chlorine, hot tubs, perfume and chemicals. If your pieces need a little perk-up, a buff with a soft cloth will have them looking great again!
How do I look after my jewellery?
When you’re not wearing it, pop it in the pouch provided to keep it safe from dust, scratches or oxidisation. Keep it away from perfume, hairspray and cleaning products, and take it off before swimming. A gentle polish every so often will keep it glowing.
Can I wear these if I have sensitive ears?
Yes. All of our pieces are hypoallergenic and designed with comfort in mind. No itching, no irritation; just earrings you can actually wear. We also have pieces with stud-style pins if you find that hoops tend to irritate.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I send as a gift?
Absolutely. Every piece comes beautifully packaged, ready to send directly to the recipient. We don’t enclose anything containing the price, and you can add a personalised gift note at checkout.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer digital and physical vouchers, available in £10, £25, £50 and £100. Perfect when you’re not sure of their size or style (or if you’ve left it a bit last-minute).
How quickly do you ship orders?
We aim to dispatch orders with 2 business days.
If you're a bit tight on time, you can also select Express Shipping at checkout, which uses Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
How much is postage?
We have two options for postage:
Our standard UK shipping method is Royal Mail 1st Class, which costs £2.50, or is free over £50.
If you need your item quickly, you can choose Express Sipping at checkout. This is £7.95 and uses Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which usually delivers the next day before 1pm.
