A small collection of gold jewellery for the life you actually live.
Care & sizing
Jewellery care guide.
Our jewellery is made to be worn, so you don't have to treat it like a newborn. A few small habits will keep it looking better for longer.
Everyday habits
Put it on last, take it off first. Perfume, lotion and hairspray all dull a finish over time.
Keep it away from chlorine where you can. Pools and hot tubs are the hardest thing on any plated piece.
Water won't ruin it. Everything is water-resistant, so a shower or getting caught in the rain is no drama. It will still stay looking better for longer if you take it off for long soaks, and rinse and dry it after a swim.
Store it in its pouch. It stops pieces scratching each other and chains knotting.
Buff, don't scrub. A soft cloth is all it needs. Skip jewellery cleaners and anything abrasive.
Pieces with stones
The Polly hoops, the Opalite necklace and any earrings with a stone charm are more sensitive to chlorine and water, because water can get behind a set stone. Take these off before swimming, hot tubs or the bath.
Which finish is which?
Everything is 18k gold plated over a base metal, usually sterling silver or stainless steel, and never lead or nickel. The warm amber gold pieces are also PVD plated, which is the tougher finish, so they're the ones to choose if your jewellery rarely comes off. The soft gold pieces are a slightly paler tone. Mixing the two is completely fine.
